BRAMPTON - A pair of bandits didn’t just take the cash— they took the entire cash register— when they robbed a convenience store clerk in north Brampton early this morning.
Two men told the victim, a 57-year-old Mississauga man, that they had a knife after they walked into the Mac’s Convenience store at 7164 Airport Rd. N. just after 2 a.m.
They demanded cash, but then took the entire cash register and left.
The victim wasn’t injured, and the register has not been recovered.
Anyone with information is asked to call Peel Regional Police, Central Robbery Bureau, at 905-453-3311, ext. 3410, or Peel Crime Stoppers anonymously at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
