My name is Christopher Rowana. I am 11 years old. I am in Grade 6 at Sir John A. Macdonald Middle School. I have had my paper route for 4 years. I personally want to thank my parents for all the help they have given me. Papa thank you for helping me deliver the paper 3 times a week, it was highly appreciated. I have fun delivering the paper. I know my community better now and I get to see my friends more often also. I deliver 317 papers 3 times a week. A lot of the money goes into savings. I like to play with my friends and also video games in my spare time. Learning about the community is very important to me because I want to be in the police force when I am older.

The Guardian would like to thank Chris and his family.

My name is Courtney Hofsten. I have been a carrier for the Brampton Guardian for about three years now and I love the feeling of responsibility the job gives me along with having the ability to buy things that I otherwise might not enjoy. I would recommend being a carrier to anyone that wants a feeling of independence without the finality if independence. Thank you for submitting me as a carrier of the month, it means a lot to me.

The Guardian would like to thank Courtney for all of her hard work throughout the years. Keep up the great work!

My younger brother Ian and I share our paper route. We have been delivering the papers to our street and one other street for the past 5 years. We enjoy the fact that we get our own money and that we don't need to go to our parents when we want to buy something. Over the years we have come to know the people on our route and have become accustomed to seeing them 3 times a week. Sometimes when we are running late or have a big load of Friday papers our younger siblings and even sometimes our parents will help out with the route. Even though we might get on each other's nerves we enjoy doing the route together and wouldn't have it any other way.

The Brampton Guardian would like to thank Ian & Eric for all of their hard work over the years.
Congratulations.

My name is Jonathan Jankowski and I have been delivering The Brampton Guardian for over 2 years and I think it's a great job. I like soccer and I am a goalie on a team. I love playing Nintendo DS and watching comedies. With the money that I earned working, I am planning on purchasing a lap-top for high school.

The Brampton Guardian would like to thank Jonathan for all of his hard work throughout the years.
Congratulations Jonathan!
