BRAMPTON - Helping consumers make fresh, great-tasting food choices from sources close to home, Peel Region has issued the 2008 edition of the popular "Grown in Peel" guide to local vegetable and fruit farms.
Peel officials say buying local helps sustain the local agricultural community and is a great way to help families understand where their food comes from.
