Mississauga – Members of the 11 Division Criminal Investigations Bureau are requesting the public’s assistance in locating an elderly woman missing from the Dundas Street and Winston Churchill Boulevard area.
Shyhyu LIN, age 85, was last seen at approximately 6:30 am today by her husband at their residence. Investigators are concerned for Mrs. Lin’s well-being, as her disappearance is very much out of character. Though she has lived in Canada for many years, she speaks broken English and is not entirely familiar with her surroundings.
Mrs. Lin is described as an Asian female, 5’0” tall, 135 to 140 lbs, with short grey hair. She is believed to be wearing a black and white three-quarter length jacket, dark blue pants and brown shoes. She has a distinctive walk and takes very short steps.
