Peel – On May 16, 2008, a 4-year member of the Peel Regional Police Service was arrested following an investigation conducted by the Internal Affairs Bureau.

 

Constable Jason Sandilands, 28 years, has been charged with Theft Under $5000 and Breach of Trust. The charges stem from his involvement in an investigation while assigned to the Tactical and Rescue Unit.

 

Constable Sandilands is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton on July 9, 2008.
