Peel Police - Peel Police to Hold Viewing To Return Stolen Property

Brampton – Investigators from the 22 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau – Break and Enter Unit - have made arrests in Project Disadvantage.

 

Helder Rodrigues, a 21 year old male from Brampton and Edwin Brooks, a 29 year old male from Brampton will be facing a series of break and enter and property related charges.

 

It is alleged that Rodrigues and Brooks broke into public storage units in the area of Ardglen Drive and Rosedale Avenue in Brampton.

 

During the course of the investigation, police were able to seize a quantity of property believed to stolen. In an effort to return the property to its rightful owners, police will be hosting a viewing of the stolen property on Saturday, August 9, 2008, and Sunday, August 10, 2008. The viewing will be held at police headquarters, located at 7750 Hurontario Street, Brampton, between the hours of 10:00 am and 2:00 pm.

 

Investigators are requesting that members of public bring with them photo identification and either a police report number or proof of ownership for the missing property.
