Peel – On Tuesday, April 29, 2008, a Police Services Act hearing was conducted at the Emil V. Kolb Centre for Police Excellence. The hearing resulted in a finding of guilt against Constable Roger Yeo, on the charge of Discreditable Conduct.

 

On Tuesday, October 14, 2008, the disciplinary proceeding against Constable Yeo was scheduled to recommence for the sentencing phase of the hearing.

 

At the request of the Hearing Officer, this hearing has been adjourned. A new date for the hearing has not been established.

 

Upon the determination of a new date, for the continuation of the matter, an announcement will be made.
